Happy HOUSING!

Here at William Athens, December was full of giving, connecting, and leasing! The William Athens team kicked off the year with a huge social media giveaway and helped students virtually secure their dream housing for Fall 2022! 

• GIVING

• Over on our Instagram (@LifeWithWilliam_) we hosted The 12 Days of Giveaways! Some of the prizes that were given included: a gift card to Sugar Polish, a UGA football jersey, and an Apple iPad! Our grand prize was a $2K VACATION WITHOUT A DESTINATION

• CONNECTING

• As UGA students headed home for winter break, the William Athens staff made sure they still had access to all the information they needed with VIRTUAL TOURS AND ONLINE LEASING! Virtual tours provide all the same info and energy as in person touring- but you can do it in your pajamas and from the comfort of your own home!

• LEASING

• With so many students securing their Fall 2022 housing this month, we SOLD OUT of our STUDIO and 3BED/3BATH apartments! If your style is a 1bed/1bath, 2bed/2bath, or 4bed/4bath, call the leasing office TODAY before yours is gone!
